Yoga

During your  ayurveda/ yoga week we wil offer you 2 styles of yoga Yin yoga and Kundalini yoga

In the morning we start with kundalini yoga.

In the afternoon or beginning of the evening we propose yin yoga.  During the evening sesions we wil also do exercices for a better sleep.

And pranayama/ breathingexercises and meditation.
